Training Course on Developing and Using a Theory of Change (ToC) – Formulating Evaluation Questions based on Toc (September 11-12, 2017)

MEASURE-BiH will continue building capacities of its Fellows through its Research Fellows Program by delivering two training courses in September 2017. The first one will cover the topic of Developing and Using a Theory of Change (ToC) – Formulating Evaluation Questions.

The course will be led by Ann Doucette from TEI. Research Fellows’ attendance at the course will be counted towards requirements for the TEI Certificate in Evaluation Practice.

The course will take place in Sarajevo on September 11 and 12, 2017.
