MEASURE-BiH Published Report on Performance Evaluation of FARMA II

USAID/Sweden Fostering Agricultural Markets Activity II (FARMA II) is a $16.28 million activity being implemented between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2020. In January 2018, almost at the Activity mid-point, MEASURE-BiH conducted its performance evaluation.

The evaluation team employed a mixed methods approach to answer four research questions defined in the evaluation design. In addition to reviewing FARMA II documentation, the team conducted 74 semi-structured interviews and conducted an online survey of FARMA II producer organization (PO) beneficiaries.
