HJPC Annual Conference of the Chief Prosecutors

Upon endorsement of Judicial Effectiveness Index of Bosnia and Herzegovina (JEI-BiH) by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC), MEASURE-BiH was invited to present JEI-BiH at the Annual Conference of the Chief Prosecutors on May 31, 2016 in Teslic.

In addition to the presentation of JEI-BiH at the Conference, printed versions of JEI-BIH in both English and local language were distributed during the event.

Conclusion of the Annual Conference of the Chief Prosecutors is: "The Conference of Chief Prosecutors welcomes the introduction of the Judiciary Effectiveness Index, which is recognized as a unique and innovative tool for assessing the effectiveness of the judiciary in BiH. Judicial institutions shall use this tool for reviewing trends in the judicial sector and to keep examining causes of trends and values in index indicators in order to take targeted measures aiming to improve them.”
